How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

1.09.2026 примерное время 10:20 (уверен руководству будет интересно посмотреть камеры) зашёл в магазин купить конфеты и по мелочи всякого. Примерная сумма покупки была 4500 драмов. Я очень торопился и не придал значения тому, что на кассе с меня попросили 7500 драмов. Я дал 20 000 драмов, мне дали сдачу, но чек не отдали. Эта наглая продавщица-мошенница скомкала чек и выбросила его в урну. Опять же, поскольку я торопился, я не придал этому значения, так как не привык к тому, чтобы в центре города обманывали людей. Но это уже прямо-таки верх наглости. Я вышел из магазина и уже на улице сложил весь паззл воедино, но мне срочно нужно было бежать по делам. В итоге мои 3000 драмов достались этой мошеннице. ПРИ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ НЕ ЗАХОДИТЕ СЮДА НИКОГДА. А руководству магазина настоятельно рекомендую обратить внимание на эту недобросовестную кассиршу, которая работала 1.09.2026, потому что я уверен, что я далеко не первый и не последний, кого она обманет.

Terrible service in general. They may close the counter right in front of you and send you back to the end of next counter line. No explanation, no apologies. They treat customers as if there were beggars with stern faces. Deli section is OK with friendly staff.
