How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I enjoy visiting PodoClinic because it’s such a comfortable place, and one of my favorite doctors, Dr. Syuzanna Gevorgyan, works there. When I choose a medical service, it’s not only professional expertise that matters to me, but also how the specialist treats their patients and makes them feel. She is professional, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. For me, being able to trust the person providing my treatment is very important, and with Dr. Syuzanna, I feel completely comfortable and confident. Her professionalism and warm, respectful attitude make such a big difference. I’m very happy to have found such a wonderful specialist.

The worst medical facility I have ever visited. The prices are extremely high for the poor quality of service provided. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Liana Igityan. I consulted her for what I considered to be a very basic podiatry issue, but I was extremely disappointed with the care I received. Throughout the consultation, I felt rushed. At one point, she even told me, “I don’t have time,” which I found unprofessional and disrespectful as a patient. In my experience, she did not demonstrate the level of knowledge and care I expected for such a straightforward condition. I would not return and cannot recommend her to others.
