How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The dishes were well prepared, and overall the quality of the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by two things. First, the live music was very loud at the beginning, it was almost impossible to have a conversation with the people. Second, while the service was efficient and professional, the staff seemed rather unfriendly. They did their jobs well, but there were no smiles or welcoming facial expressions, which made the service feel cold and uncommunicative. Overall, it's a beautiful restaurant with excellent food.

Отличный ресторан, эксклюзивное меню, высококачественая музыка, певцы и музыканты. Высококлассное обслуживание, неповторимый вкус блюд. Я впечатлён.
