We had a wonderful experience at Genatsvale! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was beautifully presented. A special thank you to Haik for the outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was okay but a little bit priciers than what I had paid so far in Yerevan. And less tasty than other restaurants offering similar food. So okay if you are nearby, but not worth the trip. They add a service charge to the bill!!! Which i always find shockingly dishonest. If you want people to pay for something you add it to the price ! Not to the bill ! Otherwise it is dishonest. There was a smell of cold tobacco inside the restaurant. Not sure if people smoke in a backroom but was not pleasant...

We were really disappointed by the service at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially the male waiter—were rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting when we entered and no "thank you" when we left. Every time we asked a question, we felt like we were bothering them, as if they didn't want to work there. The restaurant charges a €3 service fee, but apart from taking orders, we didn't experience any real service or hospitality. We also noticed the staff speaking about customers behind the reception desk, including after interacting with us, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food itself was good, but we were surprised that even a carafe of water had to be paid for. In a restaurant at this price level, we would expect complimentary tap water or, at the very least, a warmer and more welcoming experience. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed the meal. When dining at an restaurant, you expect to feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we would not return. They don't care about customer service at all.
