How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

lounge is way too smaller compared to their posts. we ordered food and drinks, it took them 30 mins to bring the drinks, not even mentioning that they never served the food. after midnight when the kitchen is already closed the waitress approached and asked “haven’t you been served the sandwiches yet?” with a surprised face and then added sorry but the kitchen is already closed. fyi the lounge was almost empty so it wasnt a matter of too much orders. never visiting again
