How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I told the hairdresser Karine that I didn’t want a cool tone in my hair; I wanted a warm tone, something like a cappuccino shade. But instead, she made my hair a very cool-toned, harsh, unattractive color that is completely different from the color I asked for. And she also did a very bad job blow-drying my hair — she didn’t smooth or style it properly at all. In addition, she made me wait for 30 minutes.
