How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Ամենավատ սպասարկումը, երբ մտնես վաճառողը կամ հեռախոսով է խոսում, կամ մի հաճախորդի հետ էնքան ա խոսում, մյուսը մնում ա 15 րոպե սպասելուց, մի դեղը մինչև անց ա կացնում ծրագրով, կյանքի կեսն անցնում ա, բացի այդ շատ տհաճ ա խոսում հաճախորդների հետ` մուննաթով։

Цены нормальный и если есть визитка аптеки делают скидку на 7% очень выгодно работники очень грамотны всем здорвья

Плохая аптека или просто сотрудница ужасная, по списку из 5 лекарств постоянно пыталась навязать более дорогие аналоги, и после двух вопросов выясняется, что изначально нужные препараты у них тоже есть, очень странное поведение. Не рекомендую, чуть дальше в продуктовом есть Альфа фарм, там нужные препараты находятся с первого раза, без навязывания дорогих аналогов.
