How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

NG Pharm is a reliable neighborhood pharmacy that provides essential services in a simple and organized environment. The staff are professional and generally helpful, ensuring prescriptions are handled correctly and efficiently. It usually has common medications in stock, and prices are average compared to other local pharmacies. While it is not particularly modern or focused on extra features, it is consistent and dependable for everyday pharmaceutical needs.
