How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Мужу нужно было сдать спермограмму. Я позвонила, узнала, что здесь такой анализ можно сдать. Приехали, сотрудница из регистратуры попросила подождать. Потом со второго этажа спускается бабуля, даёт мужу пластмассовую баночку с красной крышкой и указывает на сортир в углу возле лестинцы: иди, мол, туда, милок, сделаешь дело и принесёшь. Пришлось мужу там дрочить. Хорошо хоть дверь была с защёлкой. Три балла за сервис.

Отличное качество обслуживания! Всё сделали быстро, профессионально и без лишних ожиданий. Обращались сюда уже четыре раза. Все документы для оформления ВНЖ моей жены подготовили оперативно, а при повторном обращении всё прошло так же быстро и качественно. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical center. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and still ended up waiting over 40 minutes with no proper explanation or update from the staff. There was complete lack of communication, and no one seemed to care about keeping patients informed or respecting their time. If they are unable to manage appointments properly, they should not be overbooking patients in the first place. Overall, very unprofessional and disorganized experience. I would not recommend this place if you value your time or expect basic service standards.
