It is 24 hours fast food restaurant, so the quality is understandable. I ordered Kharcho, the soup base is ok, BUT, they used chicken meat, instead of BEEF. Supposed beef is the ingredient!

Pessima esperienza,locale da evitare.Ci siamo recati per cenare,immediatamente dopo aver ordinato ci siamo resi conto che il piatto in questione era per 4 persone.Abbiamo chiamato la cameriera che ha fatto finta di non semtire più volte,quando e' venuta ci ha detto che il piatto era gia' in cottura,peccato che ci e' arrivato dopo mezz'ora.Abbiamo chiamato la menager che ha contattato un superiore che parlava in italiano,non c'è stato verso,pur di guadagnare qualche euro in più,ci hanno detto che la comanda non si poteva cambiare,ovviamente non torneremo e consigliamo di non andarci...

I don't know what happened in Karas but in last year their quality drastically changed. I was huge fan of that chain but now just no. Image speaks itself, some alien type eggs in green salad, can you f believe that? And previous order they delivered spoiled hummus, these guys don't care anymore so we should not as well. Never order Karas, skip this place.

Пиво кислое! Хашламу принесли - картошка полусырая, мясо из одних волокон и хрящей состоит. Шашлык из курицы... - ну на фото, скорее, кости городского голубя, пойманного в соседнем парке. Лаваш просто резиновый. Вино заказали одно - принесли и разлили совсем другое (дешевле, но если бы мы не заметили...)! Обслуживание ОООочень неторопливое, при том что кафе почти пустое. ЦЕННИК ЯВНО ЗАВЫШЕН РАЗА В 2 В СРАВНЕНИИ С КАЧЕСТВОМ ЕДЫ И ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕМ. НЕ ЗНАЮ КТО ПИШЕТ ТУТ ПРО НИЗКИЕ ЦЕНЫ - ОНИ СООТВЕТСТВУЮТ ХОРОШЕМУ РЕСТОРАНУ (в Питере!). Единственный плюс - порции действительно более менее не маленькие.

I ordered khinkali and they tasted like a frozen khinkali purchased and cooked. So i don’t suggest ! Service was good! 👍 Atmosphere very noisy, I expected a restaurant like atmosphere but here it was like a fast food experience.
