How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I chose this clinic because of its good reputation, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. During my appointment with the gynecologist I felt judged rather than supported. I came with a concern and was honest because I wanted to take care of myself, but the communication style made me feel uncomfortable. Also, the receptionist was not friendly at all( don’t remember her name). I hope this clinic will pay attention to this matter.

The medical center with a modern, clean and nice environment and very professional, friendly doctors and nurses. The processes are smooth and organized. The only negative is the reception staff—they are not very courteous and need better training on how to interact with patients politely.

Общее впечатление на 3ку о клинике, во-первых по телефону Вам говорят стоимость узи за 2 процедуры, при этом называя одну. На самом деле Вы можете сделать одну за 25 000 драм вместо 50 000. Во-вторых, натынутая перчатка на датчик узи вместо презерватива на трансвагинальном узи такое себе, за такие деньги ожидаешь другого. Хотя разовую юбку при этом дают. Про день цикла не спросили, а написали, что эндометрий соответствует циклу, старое узи не посмотрели. К сожалению, с отзывами скорее согласна.

Почему на фото вы все улыбаетесь? На самом деле это неприветливая, угрюмая конторка. А елена геворковна маркер полной проф. деградации и отсутствия врачебной этики. Никакая квалификация не дает человеку права хамить пациенту и переходить на базарный сленг. Это та самая карательная совковая медицина, от которой надо бежать.

Ужасные отношения администраторов и доктора Лилит. Пришли на узи била по животу,на просьбы так не делать она говорила терпите. Больше не вернёмся в эту клинику никому не советую.
