How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

my boyfriend and I made a reservation in advance for February 14th, expecting to have a special Valentine’s dinner together. however, when we arrived, we were told there were no available tables despite our booking. the only option offered to us was a table in the basement, right next to what seemed to be the kitchen area. the smell of spices was very strong and unpleasant, and the atmosphere felt nothing like a proper dining space - it honestly didn’t seem like an area where guests usually eat. it was extremely disappointing, especially because this was a special occasion for us and we had reserved beforehand. we expected better organization and respect for confirmed reservations. unfortunately , this experience completely ruined our evening. I will also be sharing my experience on TikTok so others are aware before making a reservation here.
