How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Парикхмаеры ужасные. Стригся два раза - ни разу не видел, чтобы кто-то мыл свои приборы или хотя бы руки. Девушка в процессе стрижки уронила на пол какой-то прибор, подняла его, поправила элемент на обуви, и продолжила стрижку. Вау. Пришел во второй раз, договаривался с женщиной, по итогу пришел мужчина, который просто положил пачку сигарет на стол и начал стричь. Стрижка была ужасная, он будто стриг не человека, а забор красил. Все криво и косо. Никогда в жизни сюда больше не пойду. 3.9 звезд слишком высоко для этого места.
