How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Пришла вовремя, Ждала час, никто не принял, ничего не сказали, если все врачи заняты, можно было записать на другое время. Это очень плохо В зале было много людей, всех обслужили перед мной, после меня заходили люди, их тоже всех приняли, видимо просто забили. Ушла через час без оказаной услуги

Люди, будьте осторожны. Спрашивал про цену рентген суставов сказали, что будет стоить 10000 драм, я согласился и назначили время, прихожу и, как начали процедуру, говорят, что 30000 драм за рентген! В итоге, зря потратил время!
