How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Failing service! They said 5 minutes for a bake to be ready. ...and past 20 miutes, when asked- they said it will be another 10 minutes to wait.. Had to leave, though had paid for it. time is more valuable, than some money left with them. Avoid this place.

The food was cheap, but unfortunately the quality matched the price. Everything was served cold, including the fries. The meal was very bland and completely lacked flavor. The salad was clearly not fresh at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I definitely do not recommend this place.

Unprofessional and very bad staff and service, they served the food cold and refused to heat it, when we asked for a manager they said there is no manager here.
