How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Արդեն երկրորդ անգամն է երեխայի համար ուղեգիր է պետք ու չեք ուղարկում կլինիկա։Առաջինը ստուգման համար էր պետք հիմա բուժման։Հասել ենք կլինիկա առաջին օրն է բուժման ու չկա ուղեգիր։Ու ով է սրա պատասխանատուն չգիտեմ։Աշխատանքից դուրս եմ եկել երեխային շուտ եմ վերցրել դպրոցից ,որ գանք բուժման հասկանում եք՞։Ահավոր դժգոհ եմ ձեր պոլիկլինիկայի ադմինիստրացիայի աշխատանքից ։Զանգել բացարձակ հնարավոր չէ,հետ զանգ են ասում պատվիրում եմ ու ոչ մի զանգ չկա .......վերանայեք ձեր աշխատանքի որակը հարգելիներս։Մարդկանց անհարմար դրության մեջ մի դրեք❗️❗️❗️❗️ես դեռ սպասում եմ որ հետ զանգեք ու բացատրել թե ուր է բուժման ուղեգիրը❗️

They have some good doctors, but they are terrible at sticking to appointment times. Several times, my wife and I had to wait 45 mins past our scheduled appointment. Zero respect for patients’ time. I have no complaints about the lab, though. It’s always quick and available on demand.

I am extremely disappointed with the sudden cancellation of my appointment. I adjusted my work schedule and even relocated closer to the medical center specifically to avoid inconvenience and ensure I would be on time. I am currently experiencing pain and had scheduled this visit to see a traumatologist, so this appointment was important for my health. Considering that this medical center is well-known and highly regarded, I expected a much more professional and responsible approach. The cancellation shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and medical condition. The situation was not handled properly, and no alternative solution or immediate support was offered. This experience was very frustrating and far below the standards expected from such a reputable institution.
