How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Our whole family has been patients at Neuroclinic, and our experience has always been excellent. We are truly grateful to Dr. Svetlana, Dr. Sargis, and the entire team for their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. The doctors take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make patients feel comfortable. You can immediately see how experienced they are. What impressed us most is that this level of specialized neurological care is available right here in Armenia. We have visited medical centers abroad, and honestly, Neuroclinic stands out even compared to many clinics in Europe.
