How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Из интересного кофе в наличии не оказалось ничего. Было только стандартное неинтересное кофе. Оно норм, но кофейня производит впечатление места, где можно взять что то интересное. Обслуживание долгое, официанты стояли рядом больше 10 минут и разговаривали друг с другом, не принимая заказ.

Все очень понравилось! Атмосфера и дизайн вызывают эстетическое наслаждение. Есть большая веранда. Внутри все стильно и красиво. Обслуживание было очень внимательным и доброжелательным. Нам даже провели экскурсию по пространству. Большой выбор и напитков и разнообразное меню. Советую.

I used to really enjoy this place—the food is great, and it was one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, the service and attitude of the staff have become increasingly disappointing. It honestly feels like customer service from the early 2010s, and not in a good way. For example, you’re not allowed to walk in with a drink from another café, even if you’re planning to have breakfast and order drinks here as well. You’re asked to either finish it outside or throw it away before entering. Another frustrating policy is about working on a laptop. If you’re using one, the waiter or hostess will inevitably come up to you after about an hour and tell you they’ve been keeping track of how long you’ve been working because laptops are only allowed for one hour. It doesn’t matter that you’ve been continuously ordering food and drinks, that the café isn’t busy, there are plenty of empty tables, and you’re not bothering anyone. Experiences like these leave a really unpleasant impression. The way customers are treated makes me not want to come back.

По своему визуалу, краскам, свету и цветам место уникальное. Каждый уголок достоин фоторафии. В основном тут сидят серьёзные люди с макбуками и выпивают кофе, но можно и покушать, в меню много интересных позиций. Кофе приличный, круасан очень мягкий, воздушный, сливочный, не хватало хрустящей корочки. Чизкейк вкусный, наинежнейший, но непонятна роль граната на нём. Цены средние - как по Еревану, дессерты достаточно доступные. В целом место хорошее, интересное, стоит посетить.
