How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

OST can be fantastic. But not every OST is created equal. I have been to all of them and depending on the location and day, you might get a very different eating experience. The location on Mashtots is the most consistent and delicious. Other locations tend to undercook the lahmajo. Other locations also seem to put waaaaay too much chaman in their meat mix. I had one location give me a cheese lahmajo that the cheese had gone off. That was gross. Stick to the Mashtots location and you will not be disappointed.
