How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I am extremely disappointed with this pizza place. This is not the first time they’ve delayed my order—it happens over and over again. On top of that, they frequently prepare the wrong order, which is incredibly frustrating. Waiting a long time only to receive incorrect food is completely unacceptable. The service is unreliable, and they clearly need to improve their order accuracy and delivery times. I would not recommend this place until they fix these ongoing issues.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever visited. I ordered a large Supreme pizza, and it was mostly dough with barely any toppings. It tasted like bread with ketchup rather than a proper pizza. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
