How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I have always liked Pregomesh for their beautiful jewelry and the brand image they present, which is why a ring from their store was chosen as a gift for me. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. The ring I received on New Year’s Eve was not my size, and because of that I have never been able to wear it. When I contacted the store to ask about resizing options, I was informed that they do not offer any resizing service at all — neither increasing nor decreasing the size — and that nothing could be done. While I understand that stores have policies, it was frustrating to learn that there is absolutely no flexibility or technical solution offered for a ring that has never even been worn. When buying from a brand, I expect not only a quality product but also customer support that helps ensure the piece can actually be worn and enjoyed. The jewelry is beautiful, but the after-purchase service did not meet the expectations I had from a brand like Pregomesh.

Согласна про отвратительный персонал. Парень с темными волосами и с тату цветов передо мной прям вертелся у женщины. Я пришла уставшая, без макияжа, но хотела рассмотреть к покупке много украшений. Парень уже закончил с предыдущим клиентом и видел, что я смотрю украшения, я несколько раз смотрела ему в глаза и он даже не соизволил прийти, пока я не подошла сама и не спросила могу ли померить украшения. Смотрел как на 💩. Свое отражение что ли увидел? В итоге купила только одно украшение и то потому что очень долго хотела его. Но впечатление от покупки ужасное осталось. Надо было в магазине на прощание сказать пару ласковых этому консультанту. Жаль, что я себе не позволила этого.
