How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, my experience with Red Invest Group was extremely disappointing. I called them around five times in total. On three of those calls, they answered and told me that they would pass my number to the person responsible for sales and that someone would contact me. Nobody did. After calling again several times, I finally managed to arrange an appointment. I went to see one of their apartments, and I was genuinely interested in purchasing it. After the viewing, I was told that the manager would contact me with more information about the building and the apartment. After that, they basically disappeared. Nobody contacted me, and getting anyone to answer the phone became extremely difficult. I was also interested in seeing apartments in some of their other buildings, but there seemed to be very little interest from their side in showing me the available options or helping me as a potential buyer. What is especially strange is that I was seriously interested in buying an apartment that was actively being offered for sale, yet after the viewing there was absolutely no follow-up. If this is the level of communication and customer service before purchasing an apartment, it does not give me much confidence about what the experience would be like afterward. Based on my experience, I definitely would not recommend Red Invest Group.
