How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Շատ հիասթափված եմ Sada Doors-ից։ Դռները բավական թանկ էին՝ համեմատած այլ արտադրողների հետ, և ընտրել էինք Sada Doors-ը հենց որակի նկատմամբ վստահության պատճառով։ Մեկ տարի անց դռները կախվել են, քսվում են հատակին, իսկ մյուս դռան բռնակը դուրս եկավ։ Նշեմ, որ օգտագործել ենք շատ խնամքով, տանը երեխաներ չկան։ Երեք ամիս է՝ խնդրում եմ լուծել խնդիրը․ ամեն անգամ նոր խոստում, իսկ հիմա արդեն զանգերիս չեն պատասխանում։ Թանկ գին, վատ որակ և զրո սպասարկում։ Խորհուրդ չեմ տալիս։

Very irresponsible company, brought doors very late (instead of 20 days it took more than 60) with wrong size, do not recommend at all.

"Amazing" service. Our doors were 2 months late, and we were the ones to call and ask for more details and each time we had an answer of "it will arrive next week". When the doors arrived they promised to install in a day, after three days we confronted them and they said they won't come and we should find people ourselves to do it. Since our doors were late for so much they promised to cover the installation cost, which they did, however the cost they provided does not exist in the Armenian market, it will cost much more than that. Thank you, never again.
