    Nobody in this hospital can speak English, we wanted to get medical approval for out health for residency permit and this hospital charged us 30000 drams only for chest x ray and once we needed our blood tested they asked for another 31000. All together they took 61000 drams that is around $162 USD which is a lot of money just for a simple test
