How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

An absolute disgrace of a service and customer experience. We left a trench coat at this establishment after being clearly promised that it would be ready on Saturday, as we needed it for our trip. They assured us there would be no problem at all. Today is Monday, and when we came to collect it, it still was not ready. What is even more outrageous is that nobody even attempted to offer a solution. The staff showed unbelievable indifference, did absolutely nothing to help, and did not genuinely apologise. We even asked them to call the owner or manager, and they refused to make any effort whatsoever. The only reason we were still in the country today was because our flight was delayed. Otherwise, we would have had to fly without the trench coat entirely because of their failure to do their job and keep their promise. Their lack of professionalism and respect for customers is shocking. Delays can happen, but what is completely unacceptable is the total absence of responsibility, communication, and willingness to fix the situation. A terrible experience from start to finish. We will never return.
