How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Really great experience with SIXT in Yerevan! The whole process was smooth and easy, both picking up and returning the car. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us clear instructions. The cars were new and very clean. A special thanks to Serg, who was really helpful and made the return process quick and easy. Everything was excellent — highly recommended!

Really good car and seamless experience all the way from the airport to the city. Even kept our bags while we grabbed dinner.

The whole experience of renting a car in a foreign country is hectic but Robert from Sixt Downtown made it very simple. Car was almost brandnew with only few thousand miles on it. Everything was smooth and easy. Specially giving back the car. A big shout out to Robert as he literally came out from his office to assist me in the parking as it was a little tricky with heavy traffic down the street. Amazing team… would definitely recommend my friends.

Great experience with the Nissan Patrol Rented a Nissan Patrol from Sixt and was very impressed. The car was in top condition—powerful, spacious, and perfect for the road. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and professional. Highly recommend both the vehicle and the service!
