How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Записалась на процедуру для уменьшения следов постакне перед Новым годом. Косметолог сказала, будет лёгкое покраснение дня 2-3. Пришла в назначенное время, ждала 45(!) минут, косметолог меня приняла, когда уже пришла клиентка, которая была записана после меня, и даже не извинилась. В итоге изуродовала мне лицо так, что у меня целый месяц была рана на половину лба, и ещё больше двух месяцев след от неё. И, единственное, что она сказала на это, что чем глубже рана, тем лучше будет результат 😬🤕🤯. Естественно, ноги моей там больше не будет👎.
