How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Не советую ни кому брать у них ! Они хорошо работают только когда продавать ! Потом начинаются проблемы! 2 месяца прошло все ещё не установили! Трубку не берут скидывают!

Ափսոսում եմ, որ դիմեցի այս ընկերությանը։ Գումարը վճարված է, սակայն աշխատանքը չի կատարվել։ Պայմանագրով սահմանված ժամկետներն անցել են։ Հաճախորդի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը կոպիտ և անպատշաճ է։ Չնայած մինչև պայմանագրի ստորագրումը բոլորը շատ սիրալիր էին։ Չեմ խորհուրդ տալիս դիմել այս ընկերությանը։ Եթե մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում պարտավորությունները չկատարվեն, մենք կդիմենք դատարան՝ փոխհատուցում պահանջելու համար։ Հայաստանում նման փորձ մենք արդեն ունեցել ենք։ Сожалению, что обратился в данную компанию. Деньги оплачены, работа не выполнена. Сроки по договору истекли. Хамское отношение к клиенту. Хотя до подписания договора все были очень любезны. Не рекомендую обращаться в эту компанию. Если обязательства не будут выполнены в течение недели, - будем обращаться в суд для взыскания компенсации. Такой опыт в Армении у нас уже есть. I regret contacting this company. The payment has been made, but the work has not been completed. The contractual deadlines have expired. The attitude toward the client has been rude and disrespectful, although before signing the contract everyone was very polite. I do not recommend dealing with this company. If the obligations are not fulfilled within one week, we will take legal action to claim compensation. We already have similar experience in Armenia.
