How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, especially thanks to our waiter Mkhitar! A very attentive young man who surprised us with his knowledge of the Ukrainian language. The shashlik and eggplant rolls are absolutely top-tier - incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and they even gave us special stands for our backpacks. Highly recommend visiting and enjoying the hospitality and food!

Towards the end of the meal, we felt a clear pressure to finish and leave, even though there was still plenty of time before closing and our table was not needed for other guests. We were not asked if we wanted dessert, coffee or anything else. Instead, the service felt rushed and intrusive, which took away from what should have been a relaxed dinner. After reading other reviews, it seems we were not the only ones to have this impression. Another guest mentioned feeling disturbed by the way plates were taken away quickly and described the service as aggressive. Sadly, our experience was very similar. It is a shame, because the restaurant has potential and the food itself was enjoyable, but the overall experience is not just about the food. Service and atmosphere matter too.

Puiki vieta! Penktadienio vakarą teko šiek tiek palaukti laisvo staliuko, tačiau buvo visiškai verta. Maistas nepriekaištingas - labai gardus ir sotus. Visas personalas dirba su šypsena, o padavėjas Mkhitar nusipelno atskiro pagyrimo už profesionalumą ir išskirtinį dėmesį klientui. Rekomenduoju ir patys būtinai sugrįšime atrasti daugiau tradicinės armėnų virtuvės skonių!

Неплохо! Твердая четверка. Отличное обслуживание. Хинкали и шашлык очень неплохие, но не лучшие в моей жизни. Жареные хинкали класс. Отдельно хочу отметить официанта Mkhitar, который отговорил брать хачапури (потому что реально слишком много заказали) и посоветовал ещё взять соус

Великолепная кухня, идеальный сервис, волшебная атмосфера гостеприимства- когда ты любимый гость. Очень вкусно готовят, учитывают все пожелания. Приходили на ужин 3 раза! В другие места после этого ресторана даже идти не хотелось. А какой там выступает ансамбль - это что то невероятное. Полное погружение в национальный колорит. Толма - самая вкусная! Нежнейшая Ариса. Невероятно вкусные печеные овощи, салаты. А какая там нежная, воздушная Гата. Порции большие, можно брать смело на двоих. Если что то останется , без проблем у пакуют с собой. Успехов и процветания этому гостеприимному ресторану! Обязательно вернемся в следующую поездку в Ереван.
