How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I had a negative experience as during my therapy Ive been hearing the annoying voice of another client who had a spa therapy in another room. The interior is not designed for calm relaxing experience.

AMAZING— though I haven’t had the chance to come back because I got busier. They have a home service but they were packed at night so I didn’t really get the chance to try that but would DEFINITELY get a massage here again. Reminded me of how my family’s masseuse would just be able to relax my whole body back home
