How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Вы совершенно Забылись???? Во всем доме НЕ РАБОТАЕТ Wi-Fi, на 5 разных устройствах. Присылаю вам скрины, на предоставленный номер, и оператор мне говорит, НЕ МОГУ ПОДКЛЮЧИТЬ К ТЕХНИЧЕСКОМУ СПЕЦИАЛИСТУ, С НАШЕЙ СТОРОНЫ ПРОБЛЕМ НЕТ? А с чьей стороны, есть проблемы?

Terrible service and zero accountability. For months, the Wi-Fi at my parents’ home has been constantly disconnecting and works only right next to the router. The company says this is “normal” and has no better router to offer. After numerous calls, they promised to send a technician. Instead, I was told to come to their office, pick up a Wi-Fi repeater, and install it myself — despite explaining that I had already tried a repeater before and it didn’t work. When I asked if a technician would come to check the equipment, the answer was simply NO. A shocking level of customer service.
