How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Цены, к сожалению подросли.. Была в этом же отеле в 2025году. Считаю, что обслуживание отличное, номер убирают очень хорошо, все нужное пополняется при уборке номера. В стоимость включен завтрак - " шведский стол", всегда всего достаточно и регулярно все блюда добавляются. Не бывает такого что Вы пришли позже и Вам чего-то не достанется( было такое в Париже не однократно). Отель расположен в самом центре Еревана, что удобно.

Пробыли 2 дня проездом в Джермук , отель заказывал из Москва. Быстро получила подтверждение . Управляющий отвечал на все вопросы . Плюс приятным бонусом оказалась бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта . Номер отличный , завтраки вкусные . Расположение удачное все рядом . О а еще не могу не сказать о кондитерской , где предлагают вкуснейшие десерты .

Great restaurant! The meals are exquisite, designed to deliver all nuances of traditional Armenian cuisine. The meals are very light on salt, which allows one to experience the full pallet of diverse flavors. I would like to specifically note the collection of vines produced in house, and also original vegan dishes.

Понравился номер и ковры. Внизу есть магазин ковров, напротив базар, где торгуют сувенир и. В ресторане вкусно кормят. Здание гостиницы расположено в центре. Локация удобная. Рекомендую.
