How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I intended to make a purchase from US Polo and had even selected two bags, but unfortunately, my experience in the store at Dalma Garden Mall was very unpleasant. My mother briefly sat on a chair when a shoehorn fell onto the floor. At that moment, the salesperson approached her in a very rude manner and told her to pick it up. This behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and it made me feel very upset. I did not expect such treatment from a well-known brand. This negative experience led me to cancel my purchase and left me with a very bad impression of the brand. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and takes steps to improve staff behavior so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
