How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Good haircut. Horrible atmosphere for a child. Staff angrily discussing their sharp tools/infections/injuries while working which can make a kid frightened. The stylist asked me if she can use trimmer. I asked my son he said no and she completely ignored it and went ahead, she didn't stop when I said that there is no need to use it if he doesn't want to. Do not recommend this place.
