How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I came to buy furniture I saw on their website, but they didn't have it in store. I'd called the store several times before, but they didn't answer or call me back. I called to make sure the information on the website was accurate. Once at the store, they told me the models I wanted were only in stock, even though the website said they were in store at the specific branch where I went. They also said the color in the picture might differ from the actual item, but in the store they told me they could only show photos of the item... So, I came to the store to look at photos and choose furniture based solely on them? I wasted a lot of time and my nerves. I don't recommend this place! I will never buy anything from here.
