Не советую для юр лиц с российским основателем. По телефону говорят, что все хорошо, иностранный учредитель это нормально. Ждать решения якобы 30 минут. При визите - нужна масса документов вплоть до таможенных деклараций по импорту в Армению. Даже после обнаружения таких документов появились претензии что в таможенной декларации стоит название CDEK а не нашей организации. Ожидание - 5 дней. Подойдет только если вы именно в Армении и работаете (Кафе, торговля или ещё что то не АйТи, не удаленное).

You just lost a loyal client due to the unprofessional behavior of your staff. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare because a staff member provided misleading information and failed to clearly explain the changes being made to my account. As a result, I no longer have confidence in your ability to handle my account responsibly.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the staff at that branch. Most of the employees are rude and unwilling to help customers. I approached them several times with requests, and each time they replied impolitely that the bank does not provide the service and that I should try other banks instead. They communicated this very directly and with little respect. What disappointed me most was the attitude suggesting that it is somehow the customer’s problem that Ineco Bank does not offer a particular service. I strongly believe that the management should provide better customer service training and ensure that clients are treated with professionalism and respect.

Отвратительный сервис. Если есть возможность открыть аккаунт в другом месте - открывайте. Поддержка в приложении нулевая. Раз в 10 часов в чат приходит новый человек пишет отписку, игнорирует всю прошлую переписку и уходит. Трое суток никто так ничего и не смог ответить на простой вопрос. Позвонила в поддержку - на идеальном русском мне ответили что не могут со мной говорить на русском и мне перезвонят. Перезвонили - сказали что надо подумать и ушли тоже минут на пять. Сохраните нервы себе.
