Все было хорошо... но... Их тех поддержка полное ДНО. 1) В письмах с отчетами по счетам они присылают текст "To view the statement, please enter the password of your account in capital Latin letters.", как оказалось - это не правда, точнее только частично. Если вашь пароль типа Abcd45!efg! То пароль от файлов будет ABСD45EFG, т.е. часть символов будет удалена из вашиего пароля 2. Сейчас они ввели подтверждение личности через камеру. Но их страница вообще не работает, нигде, ни в браузерах десктопа, ни в iphone, ни в android, и зайти в онлайн банкинг нельзя. Суппорт первой линии отписывается что типа у вас не было попыток авторизации в наших логах. А по факту мне от них постоянно прилетают письма от их робота о моих попытках входа и с какой машины и с какого бразера... Даже не знаю как это объяснить...

After trying to top up my account with 500 eur in the Inecobank's city centre branch, I was told i had to come to this branch, as its the only one which accepts 500 eur bills. After coming here, I am told I have to go to malatia branch. Total mess.

The staff of this branch is very kind, patient and always answers your questions with a cheerful face. They are all energetic and active, and of course, they are all very polite. A lady guides you when you enter and takes care of all your tasks very patiently. It doesn't matter what language you speak, in this bank all your tasks are done correctly. First of all, the employees and then the manager of this branch should be given a customer service medal.

Нормальное отделение, вежливые сотрудники. Есть банкомат, но в нём частенько бывает нет денег, что странно, т.к. он при самом банке стоит. Очередь можно заранее забронировать через приложение Early one.

Я открывала зарплатный счёт, у меня всё прошло замечательно! Первый раз пришла и оставила документы, второй раз подписала документы об открытии счёта и заказала карточку. Оба раза ждала не больше получаса, женщина из окошка номер 7 была милая и вежливая, спасибо ей огромное за помощь!

Terrible bank for international transfers. Tried to send money to visa from EU Revolut. Failed (worked for evocabank card). Recently tried to receive a transfer from the US institution, waited for months, asked at the bank and they lied saying they don't see it, when in reality they refused to accept it quoting "bank regulations". Wasting time and money for us in the process. Avoid if you are a foreigner.
