How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Моё почтение! Достаточно большой офис, работает одна девушка. Посетители ждут. И не понятна вся эта передёргивает и непонимание юнибанк и Юнистрим банк. Вроде раньше единая была, а сейчас сотрудничают, но при любом вопросе открещиваются друг от друга.

Меня пригласили через секунд 10, как я получила талон. Пригласили в 1 окошко, по моему вопросу помогла очень приятная, добрая женщина. Она терпеливо ответила на все вопросы, если что-то было неизвестно, быстро узнавала у коллег. Офис светлый, чистый, приятный, комфортный. В целом, походом в этот банк я полностью удовлетворена.

Не понимаю, почему у этого отделения такой плохой рейтинг. Нас обслуживала очень приятная и вежливая девушка, все объяснила, на все вопросы ответила, помогла настроить приложение, все четко и быстро. Само отделение чистое и прохладное. В 12 часов заказали карту, оплатили ускоренный выпуск, в 16 часов уже забрали готовую карту.
