How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Wonderful service at Klassglass Optics! The shop owner is nice and helpful. She fixed my glasses totally free of cost. Definitely a trustworthy optics store.

Wonderful shop. Excellent service, and great place for English speakers. I lost a screw for my nose piece and came here. I asked if they did repairs or sold replacement screws, they took my glasses and replaced the missing screw right away, and even tightened the other screws for me to make sure. Highly recommend coming here!
