How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Заглянули к ним за 15 минут до закрытия починить очки. Очень приятные работники, быстро починили оправу и объяснили что да как с ней. Отдельный плюс за то что починили оправу, что покупалась не у них, т.к. в другой оптике мне отказали в ремонте, сославшись на то что не ремонтируют очки, купленные не у них.

Amazing private optics in Yerevan! The senior consultant here is a charming Basenji dog Umina. While the dog was busy welcoming me, two street cats were outside behind the big windows, asking for food and teasing the staff. It was a hilarious experience! As for the glasses, there was a huge selection of stylish frames at great prices. It was hard to choose just one! Thanks for the moment :)
