How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Очень неудобно- штук 6 прилавков , на одном можно взять горячее, на другом выпечку, на третьем гриль, на четвертом десерты и чай ... Но вначале нужно выбрать, что ты хочешь, и отбить на все это чек . Затем с чеком по очереди подходить к каждому прилавку и забирать. Подносов НЕТ. Какие то блюда нужно ждать. Вобщем, пока поеушь, кучу нервов потратишь.

There have been many stories about this food court, some good, some not so good. It must be said that in the 4.5 years we've been coming here, the stories have been mostly good. Special respect to all the staff who worked here before and now. But I still feel it's necessary to write about a situation: in early summer 2026, I ended up in the Yerevan Infectious Diseases Hospital with severe food poisoning after eating "navy-style pasta" from SAS. I didn't blame SAS for this, but rather thought it was my fault, since I bought the food the day before and ate it the next day. And now, August 27th, I've had food poisoning again after SAS, this time from chicken curry with rice. This time, I ate the food delivered by the courier right away, while it was still warm. So, the mistake was clearly not mine. Honestly, after that, I thought the first food poisoning was also related to the quality of the food, not because I'd stored it. So, that's two severe food poisonings in three months. It's important to note that I've eaten at SAS almost every day for the past two years, often twice (I've also eaten food the second day after purchasing it). And in all that time, I've never had a single food poisoning. But in the last three months, I've already had two! I don't attribute these situations to the employees (who are all pleasant people, without exception), but rather to management errors, which have apparently deteriorated. Место где тебя могут обмануть во всем если ты с детьми и не можешь следить за их работой. Обслуживающий персонал очень груби и недовыполни . В место шесть сосиски в тесте Дадут пять. Вместо порции Баранова шашлыка Положит просто кости и в конце кусок мяса. Место просто ужасное.

Ուզում եմ իմ խորին շնորհակալությունը հայտնել «SAS Food Court»-ի անձնակազմին։ Չգիտեմ՝ սա ուղղակի պատահականություն է, ճիշտ կառավարման, թե՞ աշխատակիցների գրագետ ընտրության արդյունք, բայց այն, ինչ ես նկատել եմ վերջին երկու ամիսների ընթացքում, արժանի է բարձր գնահատականի։ Հատկապես ուզում եմ ընդգծել անձնակազմի հոգատարությունն ու մարդկային բարձր որակները։ Արդեն մի քանի անգամ ականատես եմ լինում, թե ինչպես են աշխատակիցները վերաբերվում հղի կանանց։ Հերթի մեջ հղի կին նկատելուն պես միանգամից առաջարկում են առաջ անցնել։ Ընդ որում, զարմանալին այն է, որ դա կարող է նկատել ցանկացած աշխատակից. եթե գանձապահը զբաղված է և չի տեսնում, խորոված անող խոհարարն անմիջապես կարձագանքի ու կխնդրի առաջ գալ։ Իսկ եթե տեղում պատրաստվող ուտեստ է, առանց սպասեցնելու հարցնում են՝ «Ի՞նչ է պետք, ասեք, միանգամից դնենք»։ Մի առանձնահատուկ դեպք էլ տեղի ունեցավ Հալաբյանի մասնաճյուղում. սեղանները մաքրող աշխատակիցը, նկատելով նստած հղի կնոջ և մտածելով, որ գուցե նրա ինքնազգացողությունը վատ է, անմիջապես մոտեցավ, ջուր առաջարկեց, հարցրեց՝ արդյոք օգնության կարիք կա՞, և բավականին երկար կանգնեց կողքին՝ համոզվելու, որ ամեն ինչ կարգին է, ու նոր միայն անցավ իր գործին։ Անչափ շնորհակալ եմ նման մարդկային բարձր որակներ պահպանելու համար։ Հուսով եմ՝ այս ջերմ ու հոգատար մթնոլորտը ձեզ մոտ միշտ կմնա անփոփոխ։
