How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Самый худший магазин САС в городе. ОЧЕНЬ долго обслуживают на кассе, постоянно что-то ломается и сами не торопятся работать. С женой минут 10 ждали, у людей спереди тоже какие-то проблемы были. Ужасно. Ещё брали в мясном отделе какой-то товар, так на нем не было ценника и продавец не уточнила даже, просто отрезала и оказалось, что эта простая на вид колбаса стоит 11000+ за кг. С чего такое цены - непонятно. Сам фуд-корт тоже так себе. Туалет снизу, неудобно. Стулья не самые удобные и мало места между столами, обслуживают тоже долго и не уверен, что с санитарией нормально.

В салате здохшая муха, а кофе гляссе вода с молоком, на что менеджер отвечает что у нас такое гляссе. В других филиалах САСа мы такого не видели

A very lovely and cute food court! It’s relatively a small food court but there are really good verity of options, especially if you’re looking for healthy options. Highly recommend. There is also a cute bakery in there which bakes delicious bread.

Очень разочарованы! Заказали шашлык из баранины и кебаб, но получили еду ужасного качества. Мясо выглядело неаппетитно, вкус также оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Такого плохого качества еды мы не встречали. Когда я позвонила, чтобы сообщить о проблеме, столкнулась с грубым и безответственным отношением. Вместо того чтобы извиниться и попытаться решить ситуацию, сотрудники не проявили никакого интереса к жалобе клиента. Заплатили деньги и ожидали нормальную еду и сервис, но получили только разочарование. Больше заказывать здесь не будем и другим не рекомендуем. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на качество продукции и отношение к клиентам.

Horrible service. The staff is very ignorant, the food is always late and it is always crowded. When you promise the fast food to be ready in 20 mins (which is already a lot) and you provide it in 45 mins, thats too much waiting time. And they are totally fine with it with their ignorant attitude. The meat section is the worst
