How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Terrible customer service at this Ucom branch. The staff member was completely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. When I asked why my internet subscription wasn't working, she ignored my questions, spoke about irrelevant things, and had extremely poor English. Instead of doing her job, she was just laughing and chatting with her coworker. Completely unacceptable service and a waste of time

Such terrible internet service. Every time you call customer service, they say they are working on improving the internet speed. It has been almost a year, and it feels like nothing has actually been fixed. They seem to be much better at marketing and claiming to have the best internet speed in Armenia than actually providing it.

Самый ужасный и отвратительный сервис!Ждёшь полчаса, чтобы тебе просто сделали симку с интернетом. В других местах делают за 5 минут. Потом ждёшь ещё час, чтобы она активировалась) И потом ещё сталкиваешься с тем, что оказывается денег нет на балансе и ничего не активировалось) Поэтому приходится снова возвращаться в этот прекраснейший офис, где тебе говорят, что ты сам виноват что ЧЕРЕЗ ЧАС после посещения офиса включил интернет! Поэтому плати снова 3500 драм)))

Сотрудники по-русски говорят хорошо. Сделали симку, всё доступно объяснили. Нравится тариф и условия - можно раздавать интернет, в отличие от Viva.

Обман, списали 4100 драм и тариф так и не активировали. якобы я включил интернет до активации тарифа. И что, я за 3 минуты потратил 4100 драм?! Я только зашел в карты и посмотрел пару отзывов и всё, интернет пропал и деньги тоже. Возвращать отказались, говорят надо снова пополнить на 4000 драм. Смешно. Мошенники настоящие. А еще в самом салоне очень долгое обслуживание, ждал полчаса, хотя очереди не было. Очень разочарован отношением к клиентам и напишу везде негативные отзывы.
