How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

Look, when you work at a place, you are expected to know what you are selling... I asked if they had any CD players, they said no, so as I was exploring the shop I found more that one option they were selling... A similar thing happened again when I was asking about stove tops, one that has both has and electric options, the employee I asked said they didn't have any, but then I found three different ones... Anyway, good options for electronics and household items...

Я не помню как зовут нашу продавщицу, которая была в отделе чайников, она очень приятная, очень хорошо все рассказывала, объясняла. Та, которая была около микроволновок просто тихий ужас, как будто мы что-то были ей должны, мы продавщицы, она покупатель… Я понимаю, что мы были с ребенком может быть ей было неприятно, но все таки это ее работа и она обязана нормально обслуживать, а не стоять с неприятным лицом, типо достали. Остальные сотрудники были хорошими, даже предложили сесть, так как были вынуждены ждать пока кассирша принесет вроде чек наверное около двадцати минут. Еще менеджер очень приятный хороший человек.

This company is completely dishonest and unprofessional. I bought an electric coffee machine from Zigzag Dalma branch in March. They didn’t even test the product in front of me. I clearly said I don’t live in Armenia, yet nobody mentioned the ridiculous 14-day return limit. When I got home, the machine didn’t work at all. Now they say it must go for repair instead of replacing it. This is pure deception. They take your money easily but take zero responsibility when there’s a problem. Այս ընկերությունը բացարձակապես անպատասխանատու և խաբեբա է։ Zigzag Dalma խանութից սուրճի սարք գնեցի, ոչ ոք նույնիսկ չստուգեց սարքը իմ ներկայությամբ։ Հստակ ասացի, որ Հայաստանում չեմ ապրում, բայց նրանք չասացին, որ ընդամենը 14 օր ունեմ վերադարձի համար։ Տուն հասա՝ սարքը ընդհանրապես չէր աշխատում։ Հիմա ասում են՝ միայն վերանորոգում։ Սա մաքուր խաբեություն է։ Երբ վերցնում են փողը՝ ամեն ինչ լավ է, բայց երբ խնդիր կա՝ մնում ես մենակ։ Ամոթ է։

Абсолютно неприемлемый опыт с Zigzag Dalma. Я купила электрическую кофемашину, и они даже не удосужились проверить её при мне. Я чётко сказала, что не живу в Армении, но они «забыли» упомянуть о 14-дневном сроке возврата. Когда я пришла домой, устройство оказалось полностью нерабочим. Теперь вместо замены неисправного товара они настаивают на ремонте. Это не сервис — это откровенная халатность и неуважение к клиентам.

07.07.2026 с молодым человеком собирались совершить хорошую покупку техники. Пришли в магазин с запакованной коробкой с настольными играми, увы, в ячейку хранения коробка не поместилась. Охранник не разрешила с собой пронести коробку и поставить сверху на ячейки хранения также не разрешила, всё в грубой форме. Ну прям такая себе клиентоориентированность, забили и совершили покупку в другом магазине, где более вежливые сотрудники (даже охранники) и идут навстречу)

Terrible experience from start to finish. The product page clearly showed the Nanopresso + carrying bag in both the image and the title, but at the last moment the staff insisted that I misunderstood and that the bag was not included. I spent around 30 minutes explaining what was written on their own website, but they kept trying to convince me that I was wrong instead of taking responsibility. Misleading information, poor communication, and zero customer service.
