How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I visited a store to ask about iPads, including whether different colors or models were available, but the staff member responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Later, when I asked about a printer, the employee focused only on pushing a sale instead of providing proper assistance. Even after I clearly said I needed time to think and might come back later, he kept insisting by asking if he should put the item in a box or proceed with the purchase. I expected a much higher level of customer service.
