   I’ve had nothing but frustration with this internet provider. The service quality is absolutely unacceptable — constant outages, unstable connection, and speeds that are nowhere near what they advertise. Customer support is even worse. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and clearly scripted, with zero intention of actually solving the problem. Every issue turns into a waste of time where the customer is blamed instead of the service being fixed. For the price they charge, this level of service is embarrassing. It feels like once they get your money, they completely stop caring. I genuinely regret choosing this provider and would strongly advise anyone looking for reliable internet to stay far away.

   Fnet is one of the worst Wi-Fi services I’ve ever used. The connection is extremely unstable. As soon as you move to another room, the Wi-Fi barely works or doesn’t connect at all. On the second floor, there is no Wi-Fi at all. Overall, the quality is poor and not worth the money. If you have another option, don’t buy Fnet. Please read reviews carefully and avoid this service if you can.
