How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.
The “Last 3 months” figure covers 90 calendar days, including today, in Armenia time. Imported reviews use the original publication date. Search, rating and feed period filters do not change the rating. When a branch is selected, both ratings are calculated from its reviews.

I was at the Moskovyan branch a short while ago for a loan consultation, and I was fortunate to approach window number 6, where I received highly professional and courteous service from Shushanik. She answered all my questions thoroughly, explaining every detail, and demonstrated an excellent customer-oriented approach. She was polite, well-spoken, and respectful. Many thanks to the bank for such a high level of service—you have made an excellent choice in selecting your employee. I am confident that every customer served by Shushanik will be satisfied and grateful to the bank. Special thanks to Shushanik personally for her high-standard service, professional approach, and consultation.
