Для чего ваши банкоматы , если после закрытия банка они остаются за закрытыми дверьми?? Работаете до 16:00-16:30 и банкоматы недоступны!!! Объездив весь город , добравшись до банка , который еще обслуживает клиентов, нет допуска к банкомату, бред!!!

Полчаса ожидали вызова к окошку для обмена валюты, так и не дождались, на табло талоны появляются страшно медленно, половина сотрудников ничем никого ге обслуживает и просто болтают по телефону

Пришла открыть счёт в получить карту. Взяла номерок, жду, но нет никому дела до меня. 🤷♀️ Понимаю, спрос высокий. Есть свободные сотрудники за столами, но они всё равно не обслуживают клиентов. 😒 Клиентоориентированности никакой. 👎 Я понимаю 20-30 минут ожидания, и то это долго, но больше часа - это слишком. Обслуживание не получила, ушла к конкурентам.

Отвратительный банк! Больше часа жду и ещё столько же наверное придётся подождать! Работают не знаю как. Толпа народа. Все сидят и ждут. На вопрос через сколько меня вызовут. Сказали что два сотрудника всего лишь обслуживают и неизвестно, когда меня вызовут! Фото сделана еще в ожидании(((

The worst bank! Отсталый, советский банк. 1. Рабочие очень грубые. 2. Всего пара человек работает и соответственно большие очереди. Нет стульев даже для пожилых людей. 3. Охранники отсутствуют

I opened my business account with Ameriabank, and I’ve never had any issues at any of the other branches. However, my experience at this branch was very disappointing. They refused to exchange my $100 bill simply because I have an Iranian passport. Ironically, I even have a U.S. bank account, but that didn’t seem to matter. What was even more surprising was that the staff didn’t seem to know that it is possible to withdraw cash in U.S. dollars in Yerevan. It felt like they were unfamiliar with their own bank’s services. I hope the bank provides better training to the staff at this branch and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and consistently, regardless of their nationality.

Осталась недовольна обслуживанием в банке. Чтобы получить необходимую информацию, приходилось буквально вытягивать её клещами. Сотрудники общались без заинтересованности, с явным отсутствием настроения и желания помочь клиенту. На вопросы отвечали неохотно и кратко, из-за чего впечатление от посещения осталось неприятным. Хотелось бы видеть более доброжелательное и профессиональное отношение к клиентам.Раньше очень милые и отзывчивые работали сотрудники
