Каждый раз очередь , которая нескончаема. Работники вообще не на месте, стою в очереди говорят проблема в системе, звонишь в банк , говорят, кто вам такое сказал , у нас нет проблем и очереди нет. Это кошмар. Работники выходят на обеденный перерыв и говорят проблемы в системе банка

Here is a clear and strong review you can post: Bad experience at AMIO Bank branch in Shanghavit. Very long waiting time. Staff are slow and unorganized. After serving one customer, they disappear inside instead of calling the next person. The online ticket system does not work. I booked a ticket yesterday and came on time at 11:00 AM. Now it is 12:08 PM and I am still waiting. This is a waste of time and very unprofessional service. I do not recommend this branch.

Можно ждать очереди часами! Стараюсь не посещать, потомучто для этого нужно потерять пол дня. Персонал тормальный. Плохо организовано обслуживание, медленно идёт очередь, почти всегда скопления клиентов.
