How the rating is calculated
The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.

Սարսափելի անպատասխանատու բանկ։ Խոստացել էին, որ կենսաթոշակային քարտը 28-ին պատրաստ կլինի ու կբերեն տուն, բայց մինչ օրս ոչ քարտ կա, ոչ առաքում, ոչ էլ որևէ նորմալ պատասխան։ Սա սովորական քարտ չէ․ սա մարդու կենսաթոշակն է, որով նա պետք է ապրի, վճարի, դեղ գնի։ Օպերատորներին զանգելիս կարող ես ժամերով սպասել, բայց արդյունքում ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի ասում, ոչ ժամկետ, ոչ պարզաբանում։ Լիակատար քաոս, անտարբերություն ու հաճախորդի նկատմամբ բացարձակ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք։ Եթե բանկը չի կարողանում անգամ կենսաթոշակային քարտը ժամանակին տրամադրել ու մարդկանց նորմալ պատասխան տալ, ապա ինչի՞ մասին է ընդհանրապես խոսքը։ Ամոթալի սպասարկում, զրո պատասխանատվություն։ Խիստ հիասթափեցնող փորձ, որը պետք է մարդիկ իմանան ու զգուշանան։

Обычное отделение банка. Нареканий по работе не было, оценку снижать не за что. Единственное, мне лично было не удобно, что номер талона на экране не фиксируется, а пропадает сразу после показа номера окна (можно пропустить свою очередь).
